The fast charging feature of my phone suddenly stopped working, now I would need up to 12hours to fully charge my phone. What could have caused this? Is phone update responsible, if yes how can I revert back to the stable firmware version?
Note: I am still using the original charger and cable.

I also need help o. My phone now takes quite a while to finish charging, it has been happening even before my charger blew up. I got a new oraimo charger from 3chub but still experiencing the same thing

incase u get the OTA update again, start the download de turn off ur data to pause it, it won't disappear when others own are. Thats what i did 2days ago and i updated my fone last night

I don pause mine. I will download the stuff tonight

no SD card. I did OTA. I didn't update through tcard. I just make sure I transferred my music to my pc and left like 5gig available space on my internal memory.

you may not leave up to that. Just make sure you have at least 4gig available space.

Thanks very much bro. Finally updated my phone to Nougat. The experience under few hours is good! Still trying to knoe if it's better. The good is that my phone charges faster.

Please how can those with build number X556-H371A1V136 update to the latest Nougat release? The files made avaialable on their site is for X556-H371A series which is another variant.
I observed that there is an A variant and A1 variant. Can that of A series work on A1 series?

update to the v202, a new update will show after you've updated. If e no work, download the nougat beta version and flash through your sd card after that the new nougat update will show

Hey for those who miss having a notification light on the Hot4, there is an app on Play Store to help with that. Just search for Front&Back flash notification app on Play Store and install it. On the app, you can select front flash, and set it to blink once every 5 seconds. You can also select apps to monitor for notifications.
For the app to work properly you need to remove it from the list of apps that will be closed after screen off in Xpower app and allow it to startup with Xmanager app. I hope it helps.
Works fine on my X556 with Android 7.0.
