Certificate or not, this man honestly pointed out what we really know and have done nothing.
The "allowances" received by these guys is just too much. We are ranked near the top, if not #1, on allowances and salary received by senators around the world.

And he didn't need any degree to stand in front of them and tell them to their faces.

U dont need certificate to be a good administrator. Some of our greatest leaders did not have powerful certificates. The one that claimed he had phd almost destroyed the whole country!

Let look at the constitution whether he's qualify or not.
As for my verdict on the nominee, I think he is very qualified if he can be such courageous to tell the saboteurs in National Assembly that they're parasite to Nigeria and her citizens where graduates and professor suddenly become timid and coward whenever those parasite OPEN EYES on them(the assumed qualified ppl).
