Good evening guys, there is this reflective sticker seen in vehicles. Are they compulsory and can one be fined by FRSC or vio if it's not in one's car.

VIO officials let's hear from you pls.

It means its compulsory for commercial vehicles

Was meant to be compulsory for all vehicles b4,but some of us protested the unavailability of genuine ones

Ooh really, one Bros dey tell me it's compulsory for all cars. That both FRSC and vio guys can arrest vehicle for it(he meant both private and commercial)
So it's not compulsory abi. Cuz u heard vio sells at their offices.

That sticker applies to only commercial vehicles. Besides VIO dey look well before they stop any type of car.

Then am relieve then. Cuz it doesnt make sense putting that soon to fade sticker on a neat ride.

Been driving my car for more than a year now without the stickers. I've never been stopped by VIO nor FRSC cux of that. Its a must for commercial vehicles tho except you are driving a truck eg, hilux, frontier, ford pick up, etc.
