A Twitter user with the twitter handle "Follow Wailers" has made a very controversial tweet on his twitter page in which he accused Nigeria's president, Mohammadu Buhari and Kaduna state governor Nasir El Rufai for being the cause of man's death in Kaduna. The dead was seen in the video been pulled from a river beside a refuse dump to the shocking glare of the public. You'll notice that The Twitter user was bold enough to call out the president and governor with their personal twitter handles... What a bold step, but I guess there is more to this...
