Mobile Banking Users. How Do I Resolve This Issue? by speedyconnect3: 9:38am On Oct 22, 2016 |
Yesterday, friday, 21st October, I transferred 100k to a First bank account no using my Access mobile banking app. The transaction was successful and I was debited immediately. The recipient has yet to get alert. He has checked his balance online too yet it hasn't reflected. I really need the issue resolved asap before irredeemable damage is caused due to delay. I know most persons have had this kind of issue before. I want to know the right course of action to follow. Thanks. Lalasticlala, mynd44 |

It's likely it's not successfully reflected in the other account and if delayed than necessary, it'll be reversed. No cause for panic as such but since Access Bank is involved, please reach them in the banking hall and also via email for reversal and clarification too. They once billed me N5000 for SMS alert on the account I hardly use but later on reversed it. |

If it's a NEFT transfer, you have to wait till Monday. It works only during business hours. |
