I am tired of hearing that the North used the South west. South westerners voted for Gmb in 2015,his victory in the south west wasn't a landslide as Gej also got up to 40percent of the total vote in the south west. I am less concerned about where the president comes from. of what use was Gej to the south south? of what use was OBJ to the south west? we should always endeavor to vote based on merit and not on religious bigotry and tribal sentiments. politicians use these to cause division among the masses. There are many Christians in the North east. I did my orientation camp there. States like Adamawa,taraba in the North east have many Christians. North central, particularly plateau and benue have Christians. Let us refrain from all these tribal and religious divisions, the North is not synonymous to muslim and Hausa. like wise the south, the muslims and Christians population is even in the south west. There are few muslims in the south south viz edo. That some part of the south west voted for gmb and some part voted gej does not mean they were used by the core north as the word core north is a myth because the North comprises diverse tribes and different cultures.
