A lot of people here only know about jumia and konga when you talk about online shopping.

And some people are even afraid of being cheated.
It means these people cannot do oversea online shopping from Chinese and american stores.

You need to be able to develop trust in the seller before placing an order, if you can't trust the seller, then online shopping is not for you because you will need to pay for the product upfront before it is shipped to you.
