But my fear is that the name was a trademark to a company for the last eight years, two month ago their trademark is no longer active again according to my findings through goggle. Am I safe to register the name pls. Also there is an expired popular city name in india, is such name sellable? because I have worked with them for some times, most of them are very stingy when it comes to money.

And they replied conveying their acceptance at a suggested price of $1,895.
Going by the prices of 7L .com domains I see on their site I was expecting over $5k.
So what do you think, is 1895 ok?

He meant that you can still keep them but if they expire at the end of 1yr without a sale, do not renew them. Sorry broda, but your domains are vague at best. Go to reported sales thread on namepros.com to see what's selling in the domain market in order not to make thesame mistake again.
