Antonio Conte currently plays a 3-4-3 formation and in this formation, most of the workload is on the 2 wing backs and the 2 central midfielders, these central midfielders do both the attacking and defensive duties, they really work their socks off. as was seen in the game against manchester united, Matic assisted and Kante scored, I'm sorry but this is something Mikel cannot offer. He might have played earlier in the season as a holding midfielder when it was a 4-1-4-1 formation when Kante played as a holding midfielder.

I'm telling you. Look at Loftus, chalobah, Abraham, these are mobile players that will replace mikel in an attacking line up. Bros should go to China or MLS to make more pepper.
