The former ruler received the Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Saliu Adetunji, at his residence in Abeokuta. Though as of the time of filing this report it remains a bit sketchy what the theme of the visit was and its outcome. The monarch that same day also paid a visit to the Alake of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo at his Ake palace in Abeokuta.
