What most welcomed thread. It should include DATA sellers scammers. There is fraudster by name:-
dareylink. 08141629384. He offers to sell data but sad enough he collects money and don't send the data.

On 23rd October 2016 l called and inquired about the availability of it which said it was available, that l should send airtime credit cards. After giving series of excuses he now stopped picking my calls. Please do the needful on the scammer.

Nairaland, administrators too should look into such by not allowing them to advertise on this platform. Since their names are given let them be banned or suspended. They have no business relating with innocent victims on the forum. Start with dareylink with number 08141629384.

2. They usually offer mouthwatery trade e.g selling bitcoin at 400/$

4. Their profile is ususally new
5. They usually have little or no posts
6. They are always in a hurry during transaction
7. They use different names and different accounts
8. Block your number immediately after you transfer money to them
9. The greedy scammer engage in legit xchange for some period in order to earn your trust and burst you BIG

How to prevent yourself

1. Trade with trusted xchanger ONLY or
2. Use ESCROW incase you are trading with less trusted fellow
3. Research on identity of the fellow you want to trade with i.e don't rely 100% on my list - confirm my list from your little research

It has been ascertained that he is a confirmed scammer. After my findings, I came across a man who had once been his victims. I will supply all his infos and our conversations very soon. Meanwhile, I cant see his profile on nairaland anymore. I guess he deactivated it

At the bolded, you know this is a voluntary job and it is specific alone to nairaland. Creating a downloadable list means making/taking the job to a global scale.

And once that is done, it is hard to repair any damage done to an individual.

For instance, a scammer may choose to change and make restitution for his/her crime. They may genuinely change and when they do, their names might be removed from here.

But if the list is downloadable, then changes cannot me made after restitution.
