I got so pissed during this last end of year holiday period. Why? Too many noisy neighbors.

Many times, I wish NEPA would just take away their property. See, i have this neighbor that immediately nepa brings light, the next thing is to start blasting their radio at an ear deafenning pitch. They are in another compound, but the noise is so much that makes me fill uncomfortable. Last thursday, it was the worst, i woke up to a blaring sound of some ayefele song,

what do u think, is it possible to implement a noise pollution policy in Nigeria? lets start with Lagos. will it work?
