My MacBook Air 13 screen will go dark normal as if it will turn on, but stay like that without displaying apple logo. What do you think is the problem?

This means the characters do not come on the screen when you switch on the laptop. That is most likely a motherboard issue.

I have a Dell Latitude E6410 , the laptop powers on ( Fan runs, the HDD light comes one) but the screen is dead blank... (I mean. Not displaying anything)

I had a scrapped laptop of the same spec.. so I swapped the screen to ascertain if the issues is from the screen but yet same result.

I have reseat the ram, even changed it... No positive result

What could be the problem... I was contemplating of changing the whole motherboard with the processor inclusive

I would like to know the cost of the motherboard and Processor inclusive
