Sometimes last week I heard of how a man was defrauded of his money by all these text message about incomplete registration of BVN. They now mistakenly send same message to me also which read.

How can we achieve this is the question I ask.
I posted up to ten of these number types in an old thread however the problem is coming up with punishments for culprits.

How can we nairalanders punish exposed scammers? Posting their numbers here is not enough because a lot of Nigerians on the street are not conversant of this site; the scammers still win. I was thinking of how to flag their numbers on truecaller but it's still not enough; a minority of Nigerians use smartphones compared to those on regular pre 2005 phones.
I believe the best punishment is for an individual to report their numbers to national dailies to shame them via repeated publications.

What needs to be done is simple. Name them (Eg, Warrior Scammer), Block the number on Truecaller then update them to the spammers list. Anytime they call anyone that has Truecaller, their yansh will be opened.
