"The development has forced stakeholders from other parts of Nigeria to appeal to the National Assembly and the Federal Character Commission (FCC) to wade into the matter so that the EFCC could be national in its workforce."

The list has truly more of northerners. This buhari govt has nepotism written all over it. It's just a matter of time.

There's no need fighting over who gets to work at EFCC as long as the people there do their job well. I'm an Igbo, and I think it doesn't matter.

Y r pple calling Buhari, u guys r making ur bais and hatred to obvious..PDP factions r killing each oda, pple r blaming Buhari even on TV, someone is openly blaming Buhari for ondo pdp internal issue, EFCC carry out their recuitment, u shout Buhari?? .Was it Buhari Tht handpicked the successful candidate....... I know d south west won't care bout this they r too busy n too civilized for this, d south south Mayb care but would not blow so much whistle, d southeast, this is their job to cry marginalization, even if u give dem Nigeria, they will still say they r marginalized because it has become an anthem n their mouth... Nah today we know say all these security agencies r filled with northerners... When there was a debate n d Senate to decide if d selection of police officer would be on a state by state or local govt by govt basis. The northerners voted for LG by LG basis. Most of d southern senators were nor even in d chamber.

So who is to blame if tht sys is adopted by d PSC based on recommendation by d NASS, u will come n cry marginalization

grin Southerners just de mumu for dis country. Everything Nigeria just de favor north.

We think northerners r mumu wen in reality they r always having d advantage while southerners lack unity n even attack each other.

No! We are not. Southerner have conscience and are fair in allocating resources to this nation for an all inclusive growth. That is not being mumu.

It is sheer wickedness and lack of conscience that will make anyone gather all the position to his region. In fact that is crime and backwardness of the mind where you fight to stay as one. If we do tit-for-tat, then Nigeria will be worst than banana republic

I never said there are no competent hands down south. We southerns are bosses on our own, not tools for the president's selective fight against corruption.

So it doesn't matter to you that taxes from your sweat would be used to pay the salaries for these jobs being shared in a very unfair manner?

It does matter, but not if we leave the crumbs for them to feed on...

The question is was the recruitment done state wise or local government wise, if tis the latter u should expect such... As its also to be with the police recruitment if tis done state wise, and from what I've read via various platform, police too will be done local govt wise, as such Kanno can get the bulk while bayelsa get the least

These Northern illiterates think the country belong to them alone but who do I blame if not the southerners who sits and watch.

It is good for us. Northerners help themselves a lot. Southerners heading most parastatals don't even give their people employment..When Soludo was CBN governor there was no mass recruitment but when Sanusi became the governor, you need to see mass recruitment of northerners. When kupolokun was GMD NNPC, he was busy looking for 2.1 candidates when a northerner was made GMD, 3rd class certificate holder was given a job..
