I can understand your outburst so much so where you're coming from, nevertheless, it shouldn't have degenerated into hostility. However, the bolded parts of your comments I quoted sound aloud of your thoughts & perception of other tribes, more so of a kinsman who decided to have an independent mind. It clears every ounce of doubts afterall... shocked
Kiss the truth!

An outburst is a sudden burst of strong emotion; my post was calculated and well thought out. You needn't have quoted that comment to 'sound' out my thoughts as I've said it clearly before: Ndigbo have to fend for themselves as no one else will help them. It's clear as day that the majority of Nigerians do not like us so why should we pretend otherwise? I don't really care what you think of me so... yeah.

As for Okorocha, an 'independent mind' is not what I'd use to describe him, far from it actually.

hahahaha..its the media ooo cos I don't live in IMO state but Enugu is where I reside.the future of Ndi Igbo youths is my interest. nothing else
Well the media is also a good source of making decisions especially ones that you can identify the handler. It revealed that most people still hold fast to their suspicion on any Igbo related issue. It also shows that Nigeria as a whole lack political exposure and can easily be driven by propaganda with anyone who don't buy into it turned into enemy and subjected to series of assults including blackmailing and demonized. But in all we need an aggressive re-strategy on our politically atmosphere and look more inwards than outwards.

what makes him politically irrelevant outside his state?someone who is the chairman of APC governors forum.how does that translate to irrelevance? someone who has a traditional title with the sokoto caliphate is irrelevant?someone who was part of the presidential entourage to see Obama is irrelevant? I don't want to hold brief for Rochas cos I know in IMO,it hasn't been all rosy for him but the underlying point is that he has carved a niche for himself political wise and this niche encompass the whole of our polity and that is what Ndi igbo should be doing and not been abysmal when they can simply politick issues.
If your only example of Rocha's irrelevance is the ambassadorial list issue, that is an internal wrangling that affected the entire APC governors of which Rochas is the one mediating on the issue and that is a true definition of national relevance.

You sounded like it really, exactly what I expected. If your outburst is not sudden, which wasn't clearly, then its an intense release of bottled up emotion which evidently has been eating you up going by your comments. One last thing I am asking of you is to highlight the graphical representation of your impressions to cap it all up. When are you rising above such a victim mentality?.& what I think of you is important like it or not.

1-
2- It really isn't as I've echoed this statement a couple of times now.
3- If you're referring to evidence that proves that the Igbos have been marginalised and generally disliked by many Nigerians for years then I'd point you to the treatment of Igbos post-civil war, the various pogroms before, during and after the civil war, and the general Nigerian attitude towards an Igbo Presidency.
4- *in your opinion. What you think of me is important *in your opinion, not anyone else's and certainly not mine.

Goodnight.

Stop foaming in the mouth like an idiot.

Okorocha is a dunce. He is hated in imo state and all other SE states.

Okorocha was made governor in 2011 by Peter Obi.

Omambala is still very dominant politically as we made Okorocha what he is today via APGA.

Okorocha has never won any election until Peter Obi picked from the gutter.

Slaves! Omambala will always determine who rules Imo state.

Which one of those men went on to become governor of Imo state?

I stand to say that those calling for Gov Okorochas head boils down to the level of political ignorance among my southeast brothers which is quite alarming. suffix it to say that for Ndi igbo to attain full political recognition among the various entities that make up this polity called Nigeria is going to be a Herculean task due to 2 basic reasons:
1.considering the supposed marginalization we have been lamenting since after the Nigerian Biafra war of 1967 and the abysmal gap it has created between us and other zones in the country. This singular act which is is politically valid as politics is a game of who gets what but in the process of making demands we end up antagonizing other regions who do not share our views instead of dialoging and politicking as our representatives do,we the masses instead throw insults at them or at our fellow regional brothers thus bringing us back to square one.The likes of Ngige,Onu,Rocha's and the DSP,Ekweremadu are all fighting for our general wellbeing but like I said earlier all we do is insult them all.Must they be in the same party? Is their primary aim not to bring development to this region using their good offices?

2.The Biafra connection: Secession is recognized globally as a right of people to self rule.its also recognized in the UN Charter and I have no objections to it but I must also point out that if a referendum is conducted,I'll gladly vote against it.Many of us(not all of us)want to secede. Good and fine. how do you go about it?by throwing jabs at other regions who have reps at The Senate, the very Senate that can amend law to accommodate our proposal. isn't it funny we are yet to understand the rudiments of politics. do we achieve our aim by throwing insults at our political leaders who have the mandate of majority? or by insulting world leaders who played a role in the defeat of the secession and who will still play a role in any event that will unfold but their role will be determined by the political calculations they make based on what those who want to secede brings on the table. They helped Egypt,Libya, south Sudan and Israel.

Where do we go from here? Ndi igbo, most especially the youths must imbibe developmental politics, its high time we spread tentacles and offer an olive branch to. the regions we are at logger heads with..we must understand our differences and address it.We must support our leaders irrespective of political divide and quit all these blame games.Partisan politics and ethnic politics is not favouring us and will not.we can engage in partisan politics during elections but after elections, support our political leaders irrespective of political divide.
with development politics, other regions may help foster a referendum on this issue of referendum, friendship will spread overboard.
That's why those calling for Okorochas head because he wore a northern regalia are simply not in touch with reality.am not holding brief for him or APC because i dont know how well he is doing in Imo State but I love how he is spreading his political tentacles which is what Ndi Igbo needs now and not our usual politics of ethnicity where the various eastern states insult themselves. Together We can all speak with one voice.

Good write up OP. Even though am not a fan of Rochas, I will admit he's the best chance Ndigbo has towards the presidency any sooner. It's time the Igbo nations seperates emotions from rational thinking. It's high time we totally drop emotions from politics. Ipob and other groups should allow this man be and focus on their liberationist mission. So long as the Igbo nation is still within Nigeria, we must always play politics that can be of great benefits to us. Like building bridges and supporting our own during national elections rather than castigating them while gifting clever ethnic groups our slot, as happened in the time of OBJ and GEJ.
A word is enough for the wise! Ndigbo separate emotions from politics.

We neither have the number in the national assembly nor the political allies to achieve a referendum so Biafra can be actualized. With Rochas, Ndigbo has a shot at the presidency. We can create one more state to increase Ndigbo representation in the national assembly, empower Ndigbo in the South South, adjust Ndigbo borders properly so all the Igbo people cut out from the south east in other to deplete our numbers and added to the middle belt will be added to the fold. We can build some infrastructure in igboland so when Biafra is achieved, we leave with something tangible
I agree with this line of thought also. Let's grab what's rightly ours under one Nigeria and whenever the country self-distructs we won't be on the losing side.

The campaign of calumny against Okorocha started right from 2012 and contrary to the crap you wrote up there he will win any election in Imo State today by even a wider margin. No Governor in history of Igboland has done as much for his State as Okorocha but the war is beyond his successes in governance. The war has 2 angles.

1 is the fact that his emergence through the masses killed political gidfatherism in Imo State making him a new godfather without a godfather which has not gone down well with the political elite in Imo State. They merged all their resources coupled with Jonathan's influence on INEC and security agencies to oust him in 2015 but he defeated them bringing about another level of bitterness and frustration. The views of their supporters like the Akwarandus and some Mbaise people, Udenwa people, Agbaso people and Iwuanyanwu people doesn't represent the view of the masses. These people are in control of Vanguard newspaper and have been using same to publish false stories while their boys go on social media to comment not the real Imolites.

2 is the Anambra factor. As a result of earlier prominent Igbo politicians coming from the area that presently constitute Anambra State they erroneously concluded that they would continue to dominate Igbo politics but the emergence of 1st Orji Kalu and then Okorocha has battered that belief and with it came jealousy. Okorocha's popularity made him clash severally with Peter Obi when they were both in APGA and in several occasions made Anambra politicians pitch a tent opposite if wherever Rochas Okorocha goes. On this Nairaland 99% of those that specialise in attacking Okorocha are from Anambra.

3 Biafra factor in that radio Biafra was used as a tool by jealous politicians to broadcast ridiculous lies against Okorocha banking on the sentiments of Igbos wih regards to Biafra. Some people believe sheepishly that Rochas Okorocha is the one preventing them from having their Biafra.

In conclusion Rochas Okorocha is loved in Imo State, Abia State and Ebonyi State except for the radio Biafra brainwashed ones while Anambra hates him. Here in Rivers State he is by far the most loved Igbo governor and same in Bayelsa.
I don't understand the animosity your post portrays- it seems you are among those engaged in a superiority battle with anambra peeps.you guys are defaming the igbo nation more than even radio biafra.you also conveniently forgot to mention that radio biafra also vilify obiano(most especially) and ugwuanyi too. the fact you used two of the most self centred ,conceited politicians the igbo ever produced shows how to the left of the decimal your IQ is.
