My Views On The Recently Concluded US Elections by Jaykizz(m): 10:57pm On Nov 09, 2016
At first, I reserved my comments as regards the US presidential
elections. Although it might be a little too late, but better said than
never. Besides, this post would only be a reminder of what
transpired during the run-up to the elections.

So how did Trump get to win the elections?

The Democrats succeeded in having a very good campaign and
campaign team, however, I strongly feel that they lost it at the
second presidential debate. Clinton assumed she had all the
support and was too sure of winning, she always assumed that
Trump had nothing good to say or he was only fabricating
whatever he was saying as strong points which could deter the
just concluded government. Rather than face the facts and come
up with readily available solutions, she was only using the
"Assurance" term - "I assure you, US would be better under Clinton,
so don't vote for Trump".

As regards economic issues relating to 2008 financial crises.
Clinton also failed to apply the principle of economics and finance
in answering the questions. Her answers were to allow businesses
and entrepreneurs to leave the country in order to reduce the
crises (in the short run) as well as contain it in the long run. This, I
felt was not the best way in answering such a question (especially
for someone that served in office for 30 years) Trump on the other
hand hit the nail on the head by his application of fiscal measures
in putting an end to the crises and building an enabling
environment that would ensure a sustained growth.

Trump, as people say, is "a jackass, a womaniser, a man who
couldn't hold on to four marriages, and a shrewd business man".
But I must say he is a selfish and shrewd business man who
understands the essence of business - for the gains/profit. If I
were a business man, I would target the ultimate goal of business.
Trump changed his campaign team twice. While some saw it as a
weakness to his campaign, that I feel was what worked its magic
to the victory. If you are surrounded by people who don't by into
your thinking, pull them down before they pull you down.

Furthermore, the idea of "ObamaCare" was a scam that Trump
verily noted but Clinton failed to admit. This is because its target
population ended up not getting the due benefits but spent more
(Just like our network operators with their 'wayo' offers).
On the crises happening in the East, Clinton solely blamed the
Russians and Putin and never attempted to answer how she
intended to put an end on the ISIS notorious groups and AlQaeda.
Trump on the other hand pointed out to the failure of the current
administration to see out a war by totally destroying an enemy so
that such an uprising might never ensue. He said what Americans
needed to hear and even came up with ways he felt the American
Soldiers could defeat ISIS. Clinton on her part was only playing the
assurance game on Americans. She could not come up with a
modelled solution on how she intends to put an end the war.

Also, Trump strongly assured his fellow business men of
supporting their businesses and ensuring that other business could
spring up and thrive in the US economy by lowering tax rates for
entrepreneurs. Clinton was even against the idea of having an
upper class that are amazing at what they do. Her campaign was
for the middle class. She had forgotten that there can't be a middle
class without an upper class in a classical society. It is the
Bourgeoisie that feeds the Proletariat and not the government in a
liberal society. Indeed, the essence of a government in a classical
society is to ensure the welfare of its citizens and not the sole
driver of productive resources in the economy.

Personality wise, I feel Trump had the personality to take
authoritative decisions even in the face of daunting circumstances
(Just like David Palmer did in 24 and like Buhari told us he would
do during his campaign). I am not saying Clinton doesn't.
All in all, the two candidates were very interesting candidates with
the sole motive of achieving a common goal but with contrasting
ideas on how to achieve the goal. Hence, only one could definitely
achieve this goal of leading their nation for at least the next 4
years, and that one was to be decided by the populace after
hearing their contrasting views on issues affecting their welfare.
And majority decided it is Trump they feel can take America to the
next level.

However, this is just the beginning of a new America and questions
such as "How to boost their economy as China, Japan and Russia
are posing a big threat to the nation's economy; How to raise GDP
and ensure sustainable economic growth; How to recreate
unemployment and prevent loss of jobs; and how to develop a new
America that would stand the test of time" readily needs be
answered.

So, let's celebrate their decision and sit back and relax to see how
the next 4 years would unfold for America.
Please before you bash me, go and see their previously held
debates and draw your conclusions from their debates so that we
can have our discussion.

Afonja views are irrelevant considering they rooted for the dullard.

The Yoruba race will be self balkanized in the near future because of their collective stupidity in voting a dullard .

Soon will be hearing of Osun Baptist yorubas against osogbo dunce Muslims.

You guys are finished as a race, people and an identity.
