Good day Dr, I have these symptoms for the past 3yrs now. My palms and the sole of my feet is always very warm or hot especially during hot weather. I am 34 and female.

Few things it could be: neuropathic from diabetes, vitamin deficiency (esp. B12), thyroid dysfunction.

Do you have diabetes? If you don't know, maybe wise to screen for diabetes by checking your blood sugar levels and Vit. B12 level, TSH and T4.

There is also a condition called erythromelalgia.

In any case, if it is neuropathic cause, you can manage it with gabapentin. But, I would suggest getting checked out.

This doesn't sound like pneumonia. Are you having cough, fever/chills, trouble breathing?

Sneezing, red watery eyes are more like allergic symptoms.

Try anti histamine or allergy medicines to see if works.

May consider getting checked out by a doc too.

good luck

Well ok. Screen for B12 then. Could be circulation issue. If you are otherwise healthy and no other symptoms/signs, then it could just be one of those idiopathic conditions. You may just bear with it. If it's uncomfortable, then pursue further workup and management with a specialist.

I am not sure what this phenomena could be. I could look it up and get back to you if I find anything substantial

It's Galactorrhea. Get checked out and then ask for these labs: T4 and TSH to screen for your thyroid functions, and prolactin. Add BUN/creatine to screen for kidney function. Also, are you on any medication?

Let me know when you get the results. The management depends.

I don't know the answer to that. It is the recommended dosage. It is suppose clear active shedding up to 80%. You have to see your doctor and recheck your labs to make that call.

Good luck

Do these symptoms come about with any particular food? Is stool diarrhea like? Is stool particularly with foul smell or bloody? Any bloating?

Honestly, the cause could range from simple to complex cause. It could be indigestion, in that case, try anti-acid substances and eat less carbohydrate enriched foods, spicy foods.

It could be infectious, if you suspect this; then either go to your doc and get checked out.

There is also lactose intolerance, in this case, avoid diary foods like milk.

For more complex causes is what is called inflammatory bowel disease. But, must rule out simpler cause first.

Good luck.

Well, some people are can be genetically small. Are you not gaining weight or just loosing weight or?

I think you have to make sure you do not have underlying medical cause.

If you are otherwise healthy, then perhaps just eat more balanced diet and expend less energy than you put in.

Regards.

PLS ADVICE HER. She tested positive to pregnancy using pregnancy testing tube (ACCURATE to be precise), after that, an anti pregnancy drug (whitequinnine) was prescribed for her. After taking the drug, two tabs twice a day for two days , she started bleeding, probably she was going through miscarriage. This bleeding lasted for two weeks and stopped. After a day the bleeding stopped, she tested again but she is still getting a positive result. She seriously want to prevent the pregnancy but right now, she is scared and confused. WHAT SHOULD SHE DO?

Nope. Not until you have tried other non drug options OR better yet, figure out why she is not gaining weight.

Has she reached puberty? Age again? Axillary and Pubic hair, menstruating, brea*st buds?

First is see if there is anything that is new that you introduced into your system like anything food or non food, exposure to plants, grasses, leaves etc, drugs?

Anyone with similar outbreaks in your sphere? Try not itching, get a hydrocortisone steroid cream or any anti-itch relief and apply it. Can also take oral medications that has anti-histamine in it. Please, ask your chemist, I don't know what it is in where you reside.

Um...do you have a doctor? Find a doctor first.

Have you had those immunizations before? If you have, go to your local health department and ask for record, unless you have a doctor who has all that, but I doubt it.

If not had those shots before, then have your doctor draw up titers for them (MMR); for Tdap, you can just get another one especially if it has been more than 10 years since you got one. If not sure, then just get another shot.

Good luck

When was this chemical abortion?

HCG does take weeks to completely come down to zero. So, she just needs to keep checking it. Probably also needs to visit a gynecologist for actual number of HCG. Need to ascertain that this abortion was successful.

IT is important that level of HCG is tracked, because if it does not appropriately go down or if goes up, it could mean some more serious issues.

Goodluck
