wizdude: continue with physiotherapy and moderate pain control as needed

nellybenn: your brother was probably reacting to the transfusion. I hope he is well.

guest12345: what is this antibiotics that you were give? Many of them are ototoxic.

tatcherie: have to limit the number of staph flora on her skin. Buy anti-staph creams/lotions/washes and apply on her. Alternatively, you could do oral antibiotics if the boils become systemic (fever, chills etc.)

See your doctor for an cardiac exam and ECG - you may indeed have a heart issue especially if you get other symptoms such as lightheaded, short of breath. However, it could just be just your chest musculature that is strained.

Thanks

mrluv: when you cannot adequately eat and retain food that you eat, you simple cannot gain weight. I would find out why you are sick and are loosing weight or can't retain food. PM me if you wish.

Nellybenn: I need more info, no ideas what's what. Why blood transfusion in the first place? PM me if you wish.

ericgold: well if your erection issues is due to drugs, you have to stop drugs and switch another.

seunlaww: could be heart burn, but you want to make sure it is not your heart. Get your heart, blood pressure and pulse checked ASAP

goddaytosin: typically try at least a year, you have 5 months to go. Also, take it out of your mind, psychological/emotional stress reduces your probability to conceive.

Hello Doctor.
Pls I need your advise on an health issue.

First question: My friend is 24years. She discovered that she had high B.P when she was around 21yrs. At a time in December, the B.P was 180/100. The Doctor had to put her on Antihypertensive drugs. She has been on it since then. But the B.p is always going up and down. I'll like to ask. What could be the cause cos it's rare for her age. Is it like there's an underlying cause?.
Thanks

So sorry for the lengthen post.
Pls kindly give me your opinion.
Thank u so much. God bless u doctor.

Sounds like irritable bowel syndrome. Research it and go from there. There are different kinds of IBS, loperamide is effective for one kind. Ask your doctor about benty.l

Yes, it's unusual for 24 years old. She needs to have thorough work up for causes of secondary hypertension most specifically fibromuscular disorder or pheochromocytoma and many others. But, I will need basic history- feel free to PM me.

Re chronic catarrh. You could have chronic sinusitis. But, with your issues shortness of breath, perhaps emphysema or COPD. What is your health background?

2nd question: Have been battling with Catarrh since April Last year. I have been in and out of different hospitals...used countless drugs. Yet the catarrh keeps getting worse.
N.B: Its not the usual catarrh. This one is like mucous...very thick and yellow in color.
Few months back I noticed my breathing has been affected. My breathing suddenly cuts shorts and I have to quickly grasps in Air. Then I also noticed that I get tired easily. I can't work a moderate distance or climb staircase without Panting for breath. Doctors haven't been able to find the cause. Am fed up. Its affecting me. Am not my usual sef any longer. I used to be very energetic.

So sorry for the lengthen post.
Pls kindly give me your opinion.

Hello Doctor in the house,

It is our pleasure to introduce TalktomeDoc to you. TalktomeDoc is a Health company driven by technology that provides an online platform which connects Doctors to patients irrespective of their location at affordable rates and in a seamless manner (Just like what Uber is to the transport sector).

If you have your current practise license, we would love to have you on board. As a TalktomeDoc doctor you can earn an average of ₦91,800 for working one hour every day in a month!

The more hours spent, the more you earn

You can even do your consultation from home, anywhere!

Therefore, we are inviting you to participate by signing up as a doctor on our platform. You will be required to do online consultation via audio, video or text.

At the moment, we are currently planning to commence the testing of our online platform.

For this test phase, we would appreciate if you could participate by doing online consultation with patients. The compensation for participation is just a token of ₦1000 per patient. We expect that each consultation session should last for 5 to 10 minutes depending on how you deem fit.

After you have consulted with at least 3 patients, we will contact you to get your feedback. The feedback will be used as a guide to make our platform fit for better patient experience.

After the testing phase, when all feedback has been incorporated into the platform - our service will be launched. From that time onwards, you will be able practise virtually.

For further details, please contact us at 08103113585, 08172003497 or www.talktomedoc.com.

2ndly, How is a chest xray different from and ECG?
An ECG gives the Cardiologist info about d electrical activity of ur heart, the time taken for waves to move from one part of the heart to another, hence giving a clue as to d state of ur heart in terms of impulse conductivity(to know whether d electrical activity is slow, normal, fast, irregular)
A chest Xray on the otherhand is a view of the shape, size and state(physical integrity) of the heart and/or lungs.

If your warts aren't causing discomfort, you may not need treatment as they go on their own except if symptoms include pain, burning and pruritus (itching).check this link: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/genital-warts/basics/treatment/con-20019380
