The attention of the Lagos state government is needed to do something about the huge refuse dump behind the Lagos university teaching hospital(LUTH), Idi-araba, Lagos.

From the size of the rubbish situated here, it seems that its been like this for years. Something needs to be done about this as it is an eyesore plus it can pose serious dangers to the health of residents around the area and it is quite disgraceful that this is situated behind a hospital, one of the biggest hospitals in Lagos.

Aba in Abia state is holding the flag
worst roads on earth(mostly FG roads),refuse and mad men/women bumping ground and everything bad put together

Nigeria is not a third world country but a fifteen world country (if such existed). One goes to a hospital to treat a migraine only to go back home with HIV undecided

. How people can live in such environment is both brave and stupid.

The awkward moment a doctor is telling you to carry out proper sanitation in your home to prevent sickness but his backyard is a breeding ground of diseases yet to be discovered.
