I take it you would have reviewed the budget. For the stated budget, what stages of work would you be able to complete (suppose inflation rate hasn't affected the budget).

Is plastering and electrical wiring included?

I have not reviewed this N22m budget as I had paid for most of the materials ahead of the recent inflation. I use from my stock so I am immune to this recent inflation on this house

This amount mentioned only covers the construction of the carcass, without plastering, electrical wires or doors, windows. The amount expires immediately after the roofing, materials, workmanship and supervision.

Oh my. I really envy you sir. All I keep thinking about is how much more I will have to spend on my project with prices going up like Elijah ascending to heaving in chariot of fire. I don't even want to know how much materials cost until I am ready .

But then, how else can one be ready!

Fabulous work as usual, @spyder880, what is the area of your foundation and do you care to share your cost from setting out up to foundation level.

I understand the cost of materials now are different from 3 months ago but that would be a good start.
