15. “Ah, the people eat too much grains, wherefore the cost of grains has risen and hunger unleashed upon the land,” volunteered the Master of Crops, “Nigirans should eat less grains and donate their lands for cattle grazing,” he suggested, a broad smile emblazoned across his face.
16. “Let the people offer up the precious gems and jewelries to help the country,” suggested the Counselor on Material Prosperity, nodding his head like a lagoon lizard.
