But your total package is suppose to be included in your offer letter, if not then ask them and don't just resign yet.

Contiss 7 is about 600000-700000 naira PA. quiting would depend on the job security of ur current place cos at NOH there is alot of it. Moreover it is pensionable. Ask for more advice. Good luck.

The new scale now should be (N949,502.87 - N1,375,739.59)

As soon as you get to CONTISS 08, then I guess you pay should go up N1.4m - N1.5m
