What he actually needs is the 2004 Asian/europe specs popularly sold brand new here in Nigeria by Globe/Elizade motors etc.

The structures slightly differ 4m the American/Canadian specs. hope u understand, now.

Most shipping coys wont ship a 1999 Car to Nigeria anymore, cos we are almost in 2010, so i will suggest you look into 2000 Model, which i can get you the for 1.3M with fabric, clean title, no accident, non salvage and no odometer roll back.
But if you must get a 1999, i can help u buy and ship and you clear yourself, probably at Cotonou, as i don't deal with that route.
Please, note, i cant promise you a "one-owner" car.
But the rest, we might be able to work something out.
