Managing the ticketing department effectively
Devincing means for growth
Working to strict deadlines and achieving targets as outlined by the Managing director.
Provide responsive services to clients ensuring that all queries, complaints, problems and transaction requests are attended to quickly and efficiently.
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
Develop and implement action plans to develop new business and to broaden existing client relationship.
Problem solving, planning and decision making.
Providing help and advice to our customers on our products and services.
