Have you activated it for internet banking?
You'll need to go to their office and you'll be given token for 3k.
Or you can choose to use a PIN.

GTB charged N327/$ for my skrill upload lastweek.

I have proof if you want. not N320/$
I realize some of my last few transaction were billed at 320 and 320.21 respectively. so I bliv its still within 320.

1. have you used your card for international transaction before? if yes , then gtb might have suspended the use of the card on the site you want to use it on.

some sites have been blacklisted . so it will always say payment declined. this started last year. i do normally fund my neteller account with gtb card until the bank blacklisted neteller last year around september.

GTB is 320, maybe skrill deposit fee was added and you did not notice.

Please people,
I just opened a Skrill account and I set the US Dollars as the currency, not the Naira. Can I withdraw with Skrill's Debit Card at any Naija ATM?.

I don't think skrill Debit Card is availabe for Nigerians. Also note you can't withdraw foreign currency in our Local ATMs here.

I'm sure, sir.
GTB has a monthly limit of $100.
Make sure you're not buying something of more than $100.

There's FCMB at about ₦400 or so.
I think Stanbic and FBN also for about the same rate.

I don't understand what you mean by which cards.
The normal Visa card.
PS UBA is ₦320/$ with $100 limit but you'll have to do the transaction within 12am - 12:05 am.
