We are currently accepting application for the First Batch of applicants whose business plan falls within the Phase One coverage. Only 25 applicant per batch and category.

1 - Agro Allied Processing and packaging ( Cashew nut spicing and packaging, Peanut, etc)
- Ginger processing and packaging, Garlic processing and packaging
- Palm Oil bottling and labeling
- Ground nut oil bottling and labeling
- Ogbono / Egusi Processing and Packaging
- Peper Soup Spice preparation and packaging
- Any Other aboundant agro commodity packaging

2 - Bakery and Confectionary Servises
- Bread making (General taste bread and special spiced loafs)
- Fish Bread making
- Cup cakes making and packaging
- Biscuit and Cookie making
- ChinChin Production

3 - Chips and Finger Foods
- Plantain chips production and packaging
- Potato chips production and Packaging
- Corn Snacks Production and Packaging

4 - Local Rice sorting, cleaning, branding and Re-bagging
- Beans Sorting , cleaning, branding and Re-bagging
- Dried Pepper Milling and packaging
- Palm oil bottling and Labelling
- Garri Packaging and labelling

5 - Laundry Outlets and chains of outlet operation - ( Applicants only needs to open outlets and chain of outlets at their prefeerd locations for collection and pick-up whilst the Central washing factory takes care of the washing and ironing. You save cost on washing machines, dryers, spinners, detergents or factory overhead cost. All the Applicants does is to man his pickup or collection outlet, collect the cloths from client and forward them to the Central Factory for washing and processing. This is a seamless start up for those who love the laundry business.

All manufacturing entrepreneur will have access to the production factory, use the factory and factory equipments for production of their goods, use the factory workers assigned to them for production of their goods, use the factory packaging and processing equipments, use the factory delivery van and driver, use the factory offices and most importantly, all entrepreneur will have an office in our shared office facility in Ikeja with internet access and power.
*** Please note that the Production Factory is located in Shagamu while the Shared Office facility is in Ikeja. The Laundry Factory is situated in Lagos.
*** All manufacturing Entrepreneur will be subjected to a monthly fee of N85,000 for use of the factory and factory workers and have an office in the shared office facility in Ikeja whilst those Interested in Laundry and Laundry Chains will be subject to a monthly fee of N48,000 to have unlimited access to the central washing Factory and staff plus zero cost on detergent.
