Will DE candidate that have been offered admission also need to accept their admission through CAPS or its mainly for UTME candidate

Please I need someone to clarify this, one of my close pal was given two admissions at the same time to the same university to study the same course. One is through UTME and the second one is through DE. Though he is declining UTME admission to enter to 200 level through DE. Must it accept both UTME and DE admission through CAPS? Does JAMB require DE to accept admission through CAPS?

Unical is a Federal University jux like Uniben or Unilag and d rest.

DE students will normally be admitted to either 200l or 300L [Depending on d Course & Qualification] into Any University in Nigeria.

there's no CAPS provision for DE students yet, and we don't know if they have plans to do so..
