I am in support of what the church has done. In this day and age when morality and godliness has been pushed to the background, it is heartwarming to see there are still some organizations that value high moral standards.

Sex is the act that joins 2 of them together, it is the consummation that is marriage not the ceremony. It was when Isaac had 'taken' Rebekah that she became his wife.
