Wat can i use 4 my face it is rough. Presently i use clean & clear

depending on wat it is id say keep using clean and clear and wait a while. it shd all clear up.

I really don't get what you mean by "rough' but Clean And Clear is a good product range.
You can use Fair And Lovely Cream after cleaning your face with Clean And Clear astringent. You can also try rubbibg a mixture of natural honey and raw egg white on your face at night. Wash off in the morning, you'll notice a marked smoothness after a week.

This sounds too easy but try washing your face regularly with toilet soap and warm water, its very effective.

Alternatively, you could try exfoliating once or twice a week, depending on your skin texture. Exfoliation helps to peal off dead skin cells from the surface of the skin allowing for a fresher skin to show

I'd say it depends on your skin type. If u have dry skin, using toilet soaps may aggravate the problem because most of them are quite harsh, I'd suggest you find out what your skin type is first.

u could go to a massage parlor and av some facial exfoliation once a week. it should help. better than any cream.

Now,
before you think of anything,you must keep your face clean.How do you do this?
Use an apricot scrub or use Velocity of Mary Kay to exfoliate your face atleast 3 times a week.As for me,I do it every morning cos I have an incredibly oily face.I just can't risk leaving a film of sebum and grease on my face.
How do you exfoliate?Put your face over vapour so that your pores open.Do this for like 10mins.Then.wet your face with warm water and then spread the scrub and let it dry a little.Then use cotton pads to scrub your face.It won't work well using your fingers.
After you are done scrubing,wash your face with COLD water.This will tighten your pores.

Now that you are done washing,use a toner to wipe your face.I use HT26 Floral Toning Lotion.It works great for me.

Benzoyl Peroxide is terrific for acne.So look for any product that contains it and use on your face.I will propose Mary Kays Acne gel with 5% Benzoyl Peroxide.Spread a thin film of the gel over your entire face and massage well.This gel leaves the face very dry and it may be uncomfortable.Some light oil would do-HT26 Carrot oil or Olive oil.

You are done.

Lets review the steps without mentioning what I use,
*Heat the face
*Exfoliate.
*Wash with COLD WATER
*Use a toner
*Protect with acne gel or lotion that contains Benzoyl Peroxide.

Some few weeks back, I had this same experience, but its all over now.
I think you are having a skin irritation probably due to some cream, soap or anything ranging from your cosmetics ( powder)
I had to use Clean and Clear astrigent, ( It's very good!!!) D & R skin lightening and moisturising soap , and D&R skin lightening and moisturising lotion for extra dry skin. (It's got shea butter).
Do not use any harsh soap. It could dry up your face.
Then check your powder applicator ( THE FOAM). you may just have to change it.
Steam your face once in a while too.
