The digital marketing data resource giant eMarketer reported yesterday that one of the major challenges of publishers (bloggers) face in Germany is content monetization. This is especially so as more mobile users in Europe are using Ad blocker in their phone.

When asked by AOL and Insight Now asked bloggers in Germany what is their biggest mobile challenges, 49 percent of those asked said its the quality of content, 46 percent said its quality of the consumer experience, 34 percent said its Ad blockers.

However, in the UK and the US were the same questions was raised, says eMarketer, the percentage was 55% and 49% respectively.

Though the percentage was high in Germany, however, German bloggers do not see Ad blocker has a bigger challenge as bloggers in the United Kingdom and United States.

As Ad blocker becomes more popular. In Nigeria, a popular mobile browser app known as Opera mini also block Ads, thereby reducing bloggers' income. But do you as a blogger see this as a challenge. Let's hear your comment and the reason why it is not a challenge to you.
