I don't know if anyone noticed this. Atm are not paying, banks are reducing withdrawals above 200,000 and huge crowd across banks. People are saying that cbn refused to release enough cash to banks for the Christmas celebration. I wonder this will be happening during this celebration period. What's the situation in your area?
