The Fantsuam Foundation is an established, ambitious, non-profit organization that has been working for the past 10 years to alleviate poverty among and empower rural clan women and youth groups through a multi-sectoral approach, of which the basis is the provision of microfinance and ICT services. Our microfinance service has grown steadily to provide support and subsidies for other Foundation projects in health, education and community development

We are currently seeking a Resource Mobilisation Officer (RMO) to join our dynamic team of hard-working individuals who are passionate about community development and whose philosophies fall in line with our mandate. As our RMO, you will be a key figure in our organization and will work closely with all of the departments to ensure that you are an accurate voice of Fantsuam when liaising with funding agencies. You have excellent communication skills, you love to write, you are a relationship builder and you have experience or knowledge of the NGO/CSO sector.

Minimum Qualifications
•BA Degree in English, Communications, Business Management, Marketing or related field desired.
•2-3 years of related experience, 1 year of which has been spent in grant/resource mobilisation funding or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the skills knowledge and ability necessary to perform the tasks.
•Experience in an NGO preferred.
