I ventured into production of poundo yam powder with tips I read online, d production was successful but d food is always black like yam flour after d final preparation. pls how do I make it white like d common pounded yam  |

Is the texture (mouth feel & hand feel) like pounded yam or amala? The flour itself, is it similar to pounded yam flour or elubo flour? |
