No wonder I keep seeing your moniker but no update, so sorry dear. Have you tried reaching out to any of the mods? I think that's what writers here do once they encounter any problem, perhaps they'll be able to help you too.

I think there's a place that reads send a mail to the mods on each section, why don't you try that. I hope it works though, I have never sent any of the mods anything.
