Free sanitary pads?...makes sense... a need not a want but.... in reality. ... it would make matters worse If it's free..... it would become scarce since people would collect and export! They don't do that with condoms since it's not a need...and many meny men do not want to use it for free...much less to pay for it. Bad business. |
