I don't understand your point.The organization have specified what they what.The reasons for their mode of application is well known to them.There are a lot of online application that will not be delivered (2)applying in person will give the applicants opportunity to ask necessary questions.so Mr or Mrs Dereformer,please don't discourage those that are interested.
