i am 32years old ,ive never been ill untill june 12 2016.i had this serious cold and i lost appetite to eat .. i went to chemist they gave me multivatims and after one month i started googling about HIV since then ive not been able to sleep. because of fear i started eating more than i used until last three month. i started noticing bad breath and i white lines of my tongue and ive added so much weight i am trying to drop but its not working , i eat less now and i dont drive anymore i like to trek just loose some weight but its not working . my head got bigger and people dont like to look at my face anymore , but i am stiil having problem sleeping , what will i do ? please dont mind my grammer i am scared about life .

Yes Hiv patients can add some weight if thier viral load is low n dey r on good diet n supplements.


I knw u r afraid of hiv but u need not be...alot of ppl hv it n dey dont know. Most do well if detected early.
Wat u shud be afraid of is if certain complications set in.

Majority of ppl dt die of hiv usually present late or dont use drugs.

The whitish stuff on ur tongue can be candidiasis caused by fungal infection, immunosuppression, other dxs like hiv

.....There r worst things dan hiv. Hepatitis, brain cancers, autoimmune diseases.

no doctor just red .i used lexotan , mutltivatamins everyday for 6 months now and so many that i dont know their names and i used to have ear pain when i get enough sleep too .

are you a specialist ?you sound like one , tho ive paid money to consult some over time , i can sleep once its 2am . no specific time , but doctor what could make me add so much in my head ? my head is bigger than my body ....
