I've pondered about this for a while. Amongst all the numbers, why was it the numbers 4, 1 & 9 that was used to label fraudsters and other scammers?
Anyways, since our leaders are scammers, let me say they're all 419ers....cheesycheesycheesy

419 is a section of the Nigerian constitution that talks about fraud. Check it up.

it is in section 4, subsection 1, paragraph 9.
