i collected my TECNO 8H Ipad from carlcare at 77 opebi road yesterday. i am still charging it since yesterday 10-January 2017 the battery is still 68%. I complained that the battery does not charge fully to 100% and gets hot.

Can you believe carlcare did not fix the problem, they told me it has been fixed and i should go home and charge it.
