hillarious design indeed!. Not connection or link between kitchen and dining. Open visitors toilet direct to the living room, (who does that?). Most irritating look at those after-thought terraces/balconies. Abeg op get another design so that you can get the value for ur money oh

The visitors WC need should be accessed through the lobby,
2 the should also be a link, an accessible door between the kitchen and the dine room,
3 The supposed terrace outside the dine room be move to the living room entrance, and can be replaced with flower base
4 i will also advised that the wardrobe to the third room be moved to the bath, giving more space and the baths can serve as dressing room.

From my experience you can get this done with N4.5m - N5m at most but the kind of finishing you decide to use will also have an effect on the price.

I am a builder in Delta State and I normally build 2 bedroom simple bungalow for N3.5m and 3 bedroom for N4.5m
