If not Nigeria as a whole (if the age is true). However, the Guinness book of records won't recognise him.

The problem in Africa is that real age cannot be verified due to lack of birth certificates.

In Delta State, the Ohworode of Olomu (Urhobo) is 100 years old this year and his age is verified. That makes him the oldest king in Nigeria. At that age, he can drive, walk, read without glasses, talk well, write, etc. He still considers himself a young man.
