i use celtel, but i don't know the procedures or the codes i would send to get my phone activated to the internet, pls i would love you guys to give me the info. and as for the setting it up on the PC, do i have to get a software for my phone, i don't understand the whole stuff, could you pls break it down, i would really appreciate it.

@adewaleafolabi,it's not working 4 me.i used sony ericsson-k700i and can browse on my phone.but anytime i used USB 2 connect 2 my laptop p4.it doesn't work.all other things work i.e sending pics and phone no 2 my laptop or document 4m laptop 2 phone.but 4 internet,NO WAY.ON D SCREEN,IT SHOWS CONNECT,BUT ON PHONE,DISCONNECTED

@felly am also experiencing that same problem with some other people on this forum and we still looking for a solution but its more of a celtel issue cause ur settings are intact. try with an mtn sim it would work

@adewaleafolabi,it works perfectly with it cos there was a time i used it download some braindumps,it work although,it wipes off d 1000 naira credit on my phone.ever since dat,i've not bn browsing on mtn

@felly i was speaking to someone some minutes ago and he said celtel was restricting people on purpose cause some have been using it for fraudulent purposes and that hasn't been going down very well with the NCC.

adewale, thanks for the information, i tired it for MTN, but men the thing chop my money, i learnt that celtel is free, but when i tried it, it didnt go. i call their customer service, and they told me that they are upgrading their system, whatever, but are u using it presently to browse.

I use motorola L6.my laptop instals it as a modem while connecting it shows dat it's connected but the internet explorer wont load anything.Pls cl'd someone help !
