Another question who on this forum would rather have a 3 year old Mercedes or a brand new Chinese car, I rest my case with Chinese sourced fighter planes.

That would depend on a number of factors. Outright price, serviceability (price and parts), longevity, deployment plan etc. I remember the air force chief stating that the F7s were a stopgap to replace the alpha jets in the short term. It doesn't look like the jets will last that long though.

very, very expensive stop gap.

I wonder knowing our people is the issue not more about China being very accommodating to sharp practices (kickback, over inflation, etc) i ask this because considering the the costing given comparative to a Russian sourced Mig 21 in Ukraine (tokunboh) you are talking under £150,000.00 so you see it seems we always revert back to form.

Its difficult to expect better, when until the present numero uno took over, IBB was our chief defense contractor. GEJ cancelled his last 500billion contract just before he reshuffled the army, if not we would probably have imported catapults, hammers, bows and arrows. . . All for a few million apiece.

This shyts got to stop.

Dem, that shit is looking raggedy and dented. It looks like a sheet of metal over a rickety skeleton.

The dents were probably created due to docking. . .Which is normal.
