Ladies and gentlemen we have an agreement tô construct a portable 4 bedroom bangalow in Umuahia Abia state .work is already in progress

Take these as positive critiques of the original concept, you're doing a good construction job.

I think this project contravenes the published Obio/Akpor LGA rules. How did you get away with not maintaining the mandatory 3m separation from the wall boundaries?

Practically, that site just looks crammed and would be a nightmare for parking / moving cars assuming you intend to have 4 separate families living there.

Also, would you spend all that money for your room to resemble this hellhole when you look out?

thanks for your observation i will adress all your concerns.at the back of the building we have an offset of 1m although it didnt meet up with the 3m but it can still run,also the compound is designed to accomodate 3 families.concerning the parking space the compound can comfortably take 5 tô 6 cars also the land is on a corner piece/close só when there is need for more space eg during an occasion the space on the close can be utilised.

From the pictures even, I'm still skeptical you can get that many cars in that compound without the daily incovenience of having to shift cars about before use but thanks for taking the time out to reply.
