Ekiti State governor, Ayo Fayose has fired back at the Senator representing Ogun East Senatorial District, Prince Buruji Kashamu, over his statement where he described him (Fayose) as a “liability, a loud mouth and animmature politician” who is unfit to head the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Governors’ Forum.

Kashamu in a statement had said that the Friday’s election, which produced Fayose ‎as head of the PDP governors’ forum was a huge joke.

“It was a misnormer that the governors of an opposition party that is in need of rebranding and repositioning could chose a liability, a loud mouth and an immature politician like Fayose as the Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum.

“It is not that his emergence as the Chairman of the Forum means anything to me. But as a committed and loyal party man, it gives me great concern that instead of taking steps that will foster peace and unity, we are doing things that will widen the gap and cause more unity.

“Those who chose him should have a rethink in the interest of the party that is striving hard to return to power. His brother-governor, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, whose tenure he purportedly continued as Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum, is a cool-headed and balanced character,” Kashamu had said.

Reacting to Kashamu’s statement during an interview monitored by DAILY POST in Channels TV Sunday night, Fayose asked the senator to shut up and face his lestislative business.

He said, “Sen. Kashamu is just a Senator, when he comes up and becomes a Governor, he will learn how to talk like a Governor”.

On the recent ‘accidental’ bombing of the Rann’s IDPs camp where over 100 persons were killed, Fayose said it was unfortunate and questionable.

According to him, the Nigerian Airforce would not claim it was unaware that the IPDs were camped there.

“To them it was an accident but I think it was deliberate. The federal government and the military were the ones that created the IDPs camp and same them went and bombed it, it is quiet unfortunate and questionable,” he said during the interview.

What happened to ibori is about to befall kashamu should the PDP win the presidency in 2019. PDP past, present and future governors will have him packaged and sent to America.

I also hope fayose has a grand plan on how to figh or avoid buhari the moment his tenure ends. Buhari is likely to throw the kitchen sink at him.

Questioning the bombing of rann is not out of place. They, the military and FG created those camps, how can they claim not to know their own creation?

They killed innocent people to cover up their dirty deals and some people actually believed it was a mistake..
