Hi this is a healthier substitute for eba, with this you have more fiber and less carbohydrates.
Ingredients
2 cups of coconut flour ( chaff)
1.5 cups of water
2 tablespoons of Psyllium husk
Method
Mix the flour and husk in a pot
Add water and mix properly
Cook on moderate heat while turning as though you're turning semo.
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Wrap up to cool a bit
Serve with your favourite soup
This has about 48 grams of carbohydrate net with enough fiber
