Don't mind them. I read his story on Wikipedia sometimes ago. 99% of his experiments were pure nonsense. Freezing someone to near death just to simulate soldiers conditions in freezing weather, I understand that. But when you drop the same person in a boiling water as part of the research to look for solution! That's madness.
