Right outta my mouth.

Its their culture and will take much more than the provision of clothes to change them.

May I ask whether the villagers were complaining about going topless?

Our women have been topless for centuries before oyibo people came and corrupted the minds of our people. They should take their clothes and get lost. embarassed

So we have these kind of villages in Nigeria?? Our leaders have really failed then. I thought these kind of pictures were always from places like Somalia and other completely under developed African countries

CastedDude:
This is a remote community in Birnin Amina in Rijau Local Government Area in Niger state, where villagers including the old and young (mostly women) go unclad due to thier inability to get clothes. An NGO -Sapphire Foundation has adopted the community -giving clothes and necessary materials to the villagers who were excited to receive them.

Preparation to build a school in the village is also underway.

. The northern elites are a disease. With the long years of being at the top of govt, see how they impoverished their own with all the money they stole. Thunder strike those northerners who still support their leaders that put them in poverty.

lol... I really dont see any difference btw these primitive people and the so called modern women. Are celebrities not naked too but are they called it "civilization".

In New York City, there is annual "Topless women parade" to show their equality with men. undecided
