Ok, nobody should crucify me, it's just my opinion - I think the first one, lord of the ring 1 was quite boring, I couldn't get into it, so I didn't bother getting the 2nd and 3rd.

well am crazy about lord of the rings. Would like to read the book too. Harry potter gives me the creeps so i dont watch it. dont even know what its all about.

It's all about Harry Potter, magic and all that stuff.

harry porter is all about 'oyinbo witch' pure, simple and direct while lord of the rings is also about 'oyinbo witch' but complicated.

i can't choose because i love both movies!!!! harry potter 1,2,3,4 movies ROCKED, then again lord of the rings was pretty cool. still you have harry potter book 5 & 6. which the movies is in the making -- this is too much i can't choose i love both movies.

WHAT !!!!!!!!!! Who be dat wey dey compare? A beg Lord of the Ring Anyday for me. Part 2 is my favourite then 3 and then 1. I cant wait for the new movie as a sequel to LOTR which i learnt is the HORBIT already in the pipeline.
